The list of your corresponding project advisors is given here<\/a>.<\/a>\u00a0Please contact your project advisor as soon as possible to discuss the scope of your project. Then fill in the \u201cProject Statement Letter\u201d, sign, and submit it to your advisor by October 10th<\/sup>, 2023. The template for the \u201cProject Statement Letter\u201d is given\u00a0here<\/a>. Don\u2019t forget to add the course with your corresponding advisor in add\/drop week.<\/p>\n

After submitting your project statement letter, you may begin preparing the project plan. The \u201cProject Plan\u201d should be submitted until October 20st<\/sup>, 2023. The template for the \u201cProject Plan\u201d is given here<\/a>. On the week of October 23-27, 2023, you should present and defend your project plan in front of your advisor.<\/p>\n
