On the other hand, this graduate program covers the research and development of application models such as applications based on the transfer of development rights in urban transformation, value-based applications, finance certificate converted into securities, earthquake risk analysis models, project partnership or revenue sharing applications. With the contributions of researchers and practitioners from different disciplines, it is aimed to contribute to individuals who want to make a career and specialize in project and capacity building, innovative methods. Within the framework of this program, it is aimed to provide individuals with high-level knowledge and expertise about urban transformation through scientific and technical thesis and project studies. In addition, it is aimed to contribute to individuals who want to develop projects and capacity in central and local administrations and want to become experts in real estate development and management, urban transformation, and management, planning and management, cultural heritage and management, seismicity and management, urban economy and management, environmental technologies, and management.  The real estate development and management Ph.D. program’s target audience is local administrations, academics related to the subject, individuals working in public institutions and organizations, and private sector employees who are involved in project development and supply to institutions and organizations.
