Halkla \u0130li\u015fkiler ve Reklamc\u0131l\u0131k B\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc \u00f6\u011frencisi\u00a0Ezgi Kara\u2019n\u0131n da sorular\u0131yla katk\u0131 sundu\u011fu oturumda ilk olarak marka davran\u0131\u015flar\u0131 kavramsal olarak ele al\u0131nd\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Deneyimsel Pazarlama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Deneyim kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6nemini anlatan Serdar Keskin, \u2018\u2018Deneyim pazarlamas\u0131 denildi\u011finde genellikle perakende deneyimi yani ma\u011faza deneyimi \u00fczerinde konu\u015fuluyor. Ancak web 3.0 ile zamandan ve mek\u00e2ndan ba\u011f\u0131ms\u0131z bir \u015fekilde deneyim ya\u015fayabiliyoruz. Bu deneyimler \u00e7ok daha kritik bir \u00f6nem ta\u015f\u0131yor. Metaverse ile sanal seminer, fuar, festival gibi etkinliklere kat\u0131labiliyorsunuz. Ayn\u0131 \u015fekilde NFT de \u00f6nemli bir deneyim sunuyor. Normalde para ile alamayaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131z deneyimleri, NFT ile sanal alemde ya\u015fayabiliyorsunuz ve bu da deneyimi benzersiz hale getiriyor. Bu sebeple m\u00fc\u015fteri deneyimi kavram\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan \u00f6\u011frencilerin, firmalar\u0131n ve markalar\u0131n ilgilenmesi gereken bir alan haline geldi\u2019\u2019 ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Sanal platformlarda markalar\u0131n daha \u00e7ok yer almaya ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 ve avatar tasar\u0131mlar\u0131 gibi pek \u00e7ok tasar\u0131m ihtiyac\u0131n\u0131n bulundu\u011funu ifade eden Keskin, \u2018\u2018G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde ileti\u015fim \u00f6\u011frencilerinin se\u00e7enekleri \u00e7ok fazla. Kendilerini sanal platformlarda da g\u00f6sterebilme \u015fanslar\u0131 var. Panik yapmalar\u0131na gerek yok \u00e7\u00fcnk\u00fc herkes i\u00e7in yeni bir konu. Ancak dijital topluluklarda mutlaka yer almalar\u0131 ve linklerini geli\u015ftirmeleri gerekiyor\u2019\u2019 ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Deneyim kavram\u0131ndan s\u00f6z edildi\u011finde psikoloji ve sosyolojiyi \u00e7ok iyi bilmek gerekti\u011fini ifade eden Keskin, \u2018\u2018\u0130nsana odakl\u0131 bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan s\u00f6z etti\u011fimizde insan psikolojisini iyi anlamam\u0131z gerekiyor. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc o an orada olmak, o an\u0131n deneyimini yakalamak ve bu deneyimden yola \u00e7\u0131karak reklam kampanyas\u0131n\u0131 olu\u015fturmak, reklam yazarl\u0131\u011f\u0131 yapmak \u00e7ok kritik hale geldi. \u00d6rne\u011fin bir statta ma\u00e7 izleyen farkl\u0131 sosyo-ekonomik durumlara sahip insanlara tek reklam kampanyas\u0131 ile hitap etmek, onlar\u0131n deneyimini anlamakla m\u00fcmk\u00fcn\u2019\u2019 ifadelerini kulland\u0131.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Influencer Pazarlamas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Influencer pazarlamas\u0131na da de\u011finen Keskin, \u2018\u2018\u00c7evremde influencer kavram\u0131na mesafeli olan markalar olsa da bence ni\u015f bir alana seslenen fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u00fcksek influencer\u2019lar markalar taraf\u0131ndan daha \u00e7ok tercih ediliyor. Takip\u00e7i say\u0131s\u0131na odaklanmadan, az da olsa nitelik olarak iyi bir kitleye sahip influencer\u2019lar o alanla ilgili markalar\u0131n dikkatini daha \u00e7ok \u00e7ekecektir\u2019\u2019 \u015feklinde konu\u015ftu.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Yeni D\u00fcnya Sosyalle\u015fmeyi Gerektiriyor<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Tak\u0131m ruhu kavram\u0131na de\u011finen Keskin \u2018\u2018 Dijital topluluklarda yer almak, tak\u0131m ruhunu anlamak, fark\u0131ndal\u0131k kazanmak ve dolay\u0131s\u0131yla topluluk i\u00e7inde bir yarat\u0131c\u0131 ruhu ortaya \u00e7\u0131karmak b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6nem arz ediyor.
