Graduates of this undergraduate program are eligible to apply for postgraduate (Master’s and Ph.D.) programs<\/b> to further their academic and professional development.<\/p>\n
This page is designed to inform our students about the requirements for progressing to the next academic level, year, or diploma program within the department. In accordance with the university\u2019s official regulations, the progression requirements, application processes, and essential rules are summarized below.<\/p>\n
To advance to a higher academic year or level, students must fulfill the following criteria:<\/p>\n
General Requirement:<\/b> A student must maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.00<\/b> to progress to the next academic year (Article 31<\/b>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Probationary Status:<\/b> Students with a GPA below 2.00 are placed on Academic Probation<\/b>. These students cannot advance to a higher year until they successfully complete the designated courses to raise their average.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Students are required to successfully complete all mandatory (compulsory) courses<\/b> from previous semesters to be eligible for progression (Article 21<\/b>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n In case of a failed course, the student is primarily responsible for retaking and passing that specific course before moving forward in the curriculum.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Standard Load:<\/b> The maximum workload a student can take in a single semester is 30 ECTS credits<\/b>.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Overload Privilege:<\/b> Students with a GPA of 3.00 or higher<\/b> are permitted to take an additional 6 ECTS credits<\/b> per semester (Article 24<\/b>).<\/p>\n<\/li>\n Priority Rule:<\/b> Students with failed courses from previous years are obligated to prioritize those courses during the registration period.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n Academic success is built on participation.
