Why Study Applied Psychology?

Psychology is a basic science that studies individual behaviors and the mental processes that accompany or underlie them. On the other hand, Applied Psychology aims to use psychological knowledge professionally in interviews with the clients and in solving developmental and behavioral problems.

The Applied Psychology Program, which has been widely used in the world for the last 15 years, aims to provide a traning with diversity in the fields of psychological counseling, neuropsychology, psychopathology and applied psychology. In other words, the aim of the program is to educate psychologists/counselors with the knowledge and attitude that can serve in the field of psychology, who can work as a sought-after employee in various field of psychology, who have ethical knowledge, national and international competence and who have adopted lifelong learning as a principle.
