The traditional approaches in economics have undergone radical changes with concepts such as Industry 4.0, artificial intelligence, and innovation reshaping e-commerce, business analytics, digital marketing, and new applications in production. Today, as businesses transform into dynamic, interactive, and rapidly digitizing structures through information system technologies, traditional economic and commercial approaches prove inadequate in this regard. Understanding and being able to apply the theoretical and practical implications of macro and micro-level changes within the framework of the new economy are among the fundamental objectives of this undergraduate program. In line with our country’s goal of creating a competitive advantage on a global scale, it is essential to better understand the background, dimensions, relevant issues, and structures of management information systems. Management information systems constitute an interdisciplinary field that encompasses the fundamental concepts of management, information technologies, and computer science. This undergraduate program aims to meet the increasing demands of the business ecosystem and offers a curriculum consisting of various fields such as Business Analytics, Digital Economy, Marketing, Economics, Business, and Strategy. The program focuses on striking a balance between technical skills and knowledge of business processes.
