The purpose of the Master’s Program in Education Management is to train experts in the field of management, supervision, planning and education economics for the Ministry of National Education and other institutions; to contribute to the literature with scientific research; to increase the professional competencies of teachers, administrators and supervisors working in educational institutions. The two main tasks of the program are to provide graduate education and to conduct research in the field of education.
In this direction, the main purpose of the department is to train educational leaders who have the knowledge and skills required by the 21st century, who can contribute to the knowledge of the field of educational administration by combining theory and practice. In addition, it is aimed to contribute to the development of the Turkish education system by conducting basic and applied research and to provide students with a strong learning environment with various courses and activities where they will combine leadership and management theories and practices.
