European Union Research and Application Center

The Center was established in May 2004 to inform the public in order to develop research and application projects on legal, political, economic and social issues during Turkey’s full membership process to the European Union, and to contribute to the development of Turkey-EU relations with an interdisciplinary approach.

In this direction, Istanbul Commerce University EU Application and Research Center carries out training programs, seminars, research reports and booklets, academic publications and organizations in cooperation with relevant institutions, and continues its efforts to increase the level of knowledge of different segments of the society, especially the private sector.

The European Union Application and Research Center also contributes to the studies organized by other organizations within the scope of the opportunities offered by our university and tries to contribute to Turkey’s EU membership process in line with the founding philosophy of Istanbul Commerce University.
