Program’s Educational Objectives

Program Educational Objectives (PEOs)

The Program Educational Objectives (PEOs), which define the career goals and professional expectations that program graduates are expected to achieve in the near future, are given below.

PEO1. To educate graduates who comprehend fundamental mathematical knowledge, can effectively use mathematical thinking, and are able to contribute to advanced-level studies in their field.

PEO2. To educate students with strong analytical thinking skills who can analyze real-world problems using mathematical approaches and solve them with contemporary solution techniques.

PEO3. To educate graduates who are competent in mathematical modeling, data analysis, and related software, and who can effectively use and develop these technologies.

PEO4. To educate students who can follow developments in their field in Turkish and at least one foreign language, can contribute to group work, can present their research effectively, and are open to lifelong learning.

PEO5. To educate graduates who can work in the private sector and public institutions at national and international levels by using their mathematical knowledge and skills, and who can take active roles in management and implementation processes.
