The 2nd International Congress on Strategic Cooperation Opportunities among Turkic States and Communities, organized in collaboration with the Yörük Turkmen Union and Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University, was held on May 16-18, 2025, at the Itri Congress Hall of Ankara Hacı Bayram Veli University.
The scientific papers titled “Diplomacy in the Turkic World: New Generation Tools and Paradigm Shift” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Uğur Yasin ASAL, Head of the Department of Political Science and International Relations (English), and “The Ideal of Turkish National Identity in Turkic World Cooperation” by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Zebiniso KAMALOVA, Department of Political Science and International Relations (Turkish) Department, Dr. Zebiniso KAMALOVA, presented scientific papers titled “The Ideal of Turkish National Identity in Cooperation in the Turkish World.” The conference was attended by more than 140 academics from over 20 countries.
A book containing the full texts of the papers presented at the conference, which featured rich scientific discussions, has been published.
