Students who have successfully completed the courses listed in the syllabus of the program they are enrolled in, successfully completed the final project or similar work specified in the Istanbul Commerce University Associate and Bachelor’s Degree Education, Teaching, and Examination Regulations, and have a GPA of at least 2.00 are considered to have completed their university education.
