MA in BANKING (NON-THESIS)

Mission: To educate graduates who can respond to evolving national and international needs in the field of banking; who are committed to ethical values, socially responsible, capable of analytical thinking, and adaptable to the technological requirements of the contemporary era. The program aims to equip students with both strong theoretical knowledge and practical skills, foster a research-oriented mindset, and continuously enhance educational activities through robust collaborations with the banking sector.

Vision: To become a pioneering and preferred program that is recognized at both national and international levels for its educational quality, academic expertise, openness to technological innovation, and strong partnerships with the banking sector. By enabling graduates to emerge as professionals who make a meaningful impact in the dynamic banking industry, the program aspires to serve as an academic center that shapes and leads the sector.

Program Structure
The program is designed in two separate modules to support the professional development of employees working in commercial banks and participation (Islamic) banks within their respective areas of expertise. In addition to four compulsory courses common to both modules, the program is completed with six elective courses specific to each module and a term project. This structure enables participants to specialize independently in different fields of banking.
