The purpose of this Bylaws is to set forth the procedures and principles regarding the objectives, activities, management bodies, duties of the management bodies, and working methods of the Istanbul Ticaret University Intellectual Property and Competition Law Application and Research Center, which was established under Istanbul Ticaret University.
