CFA Society Istanbul at Our University
On November 18, 2025, we welcomed our guests at the Sadabad Sütlüce Hall with our Finance and Banking department students. Our department chair, Prof. Dr. Hicabi Ersoy, gave the opening speech, followed by an introduction to the CFA Society for our students and an emphasis on its importance in career advancement.
As in previous years, CFA Society visited our university, and İlke Homriş Takımoğlu, Emre Sezan, and Işıl Özbek were our guests. Brian Mandisozda, a graduate of our university’s Trade and Finance Institute who had previously taken and passed the CFA exams, shared his experiences with our students and offered advice regarding the exam.
Ms. İlke provided detailed information about the importance of the CFA exams, their benefits for students, and the structure of the exam. Detailed information was also provided to our students about the CFA Research Challenge.
