Historian, academic and author Prof. Dr. İlber Ortaylı participated as a speaker at the Finance Talks symposium organized on March 11, 2020 within the Finance and Banking Department and the Finance Institute. Famous historian Ortaylı informed the students of Istanbul Commerce University on “Western Finance Capitalism and the Ottoman Empire”.
