The Finance and Banking (English) Department aims to train future business professionals, banking and finance professionals, and academics. In addition to undergraduate education, graduate programs are also offered within the Institute of Commerce and Finance. The Institute of Commerce and Finance is the first and only institute in Turkey offering specialized graduate education in fields such as Finance, Banking, Insurance and Risk Management, and Capital Markets. The Department of Finance and Banking (English) stands out because it is coordinated with the Institute of Commerce and Finance and therefore has direct links with the financial community.
