MOVING UP A GRADE LEVEL

Students who graduate from this program may apply to pursue graduate studies.

This page has been prepared to provide students in our department with information about the process of transferring to a higher grade, academic level, or diploma program.

The transfer requirements, application process, and important rules, as outlined in the regulations, are summarized below.

Transfer Requirements and General Principles

Students must meet the following requirements to transfer to a higher grade or academic level:

Academic Achievement:

To transfer to a higher grade, students must have a minimum Grade Point Average (GPA) of 2.00 (Article 31).
Students with a GPA below 2.00 are considered probationary students and cannot advance to the next grade until they complete the specified courses.
Completion of Required Courses:

Students must have successfully completed all required courses taken in the previous semester (Article 21).
Students who have failed any courses must first complete these courses.
Credit Load and Course Selection:

The maximum credit load a student can take in one semester is 30 ECTS credits. Students with a GPA of 3.00 or higher can take an additional 6 ECTS credits (Article 24).
Students who have failed courses from lower semesters are required to complete these courses first.
Attendance Policy:

Students must attend at least 70% of the classes. Courses failed due to absenteeism must be retaken (Article 25).
