In the past decades, there is a high acceleration in the worldwide passenger traffic and the number of flights worldwide. With its advantageous geo-strategic location Turkey has been affected positively by the increases in the market. However, from time to time, there has been a crisis, the air transportation industry has been recovering immediately after each crisis, faster than any other industry. As a result of all these aspects, the air transportation industry has craved a more qualified workforce each passing day. Hence, a robust training curriculum has been created in our programme. Due to the changes in the qualifications of the jobs required by the industry, our programme is promoting the understanding of gaining concrete field skills, especially giving students the opportunity of combining knowledge, experience and core competencies during the program’s internship and workplace training periods.
Due to the international nature of the aviation industry, some of the courses have been offered in English, allowing students to adopt the industry and adapt easily to the aviation corporations.
Many of our alumni are experiencing the opportunity of having a carrier in the specialist and management levels of Turkish Airlines, TGS (Turkish Ground Service), Ground Handling Companies such as Havas Company, Turkish DOCO, Celebi Ground Handling, TAV and other private airline companies.
