Graduates of the Istanbul Ticaret University Department of Economics;

• Model and interpret the behavior and decisions of economic actors, institutions, and organizations using appropriate analytical tools,

• Interpret national and international economic developments by employing new theories and up-to-date analytical tools that explain today’s economy,

• Establish connections between economics and other fields and disciplines,

• Learn and draw inferences from the historical and philosophical development of economic thought,

• Develop the capacity to regularly follow and adapt information technologies related to the current and potential future practices of the evolving economy,
