  1. Possesing conceptual and applied knowledge and skills about the basic functions of the business, organizational structure, resources, stakeholders, environment
  2. Being able to identify and analyze the current status and potential problems of the business, evaluate them, and develop alternative solutions
  3. Being able to report business related information by using management information systems effectively.
  4. Being able to develop and implement strategies in line with national and global dynamics in businesses
  5. Being able to work effectively, take responsibility and use initiative in individual and multicultural groups
  6. Being able to communicate in written and oral communication in the language of instruction and at least one foreign language about the environment of the business
  7. Possesing business ethics, social responsibility and moral values
  8. Being able to evaluate the social impacts and legal consequences of the practices related to the functions of the business
  9. Being able to follow current developments and information in the field of business regularly and to use them in business life
  10. Being to use managerial skills to effectively perform management functions of the business
