About the Program

Located within Istanbul Commerce University, our Department of Business Administration (English) aims to cultivate globally competitive, data-driven managers who are committed to ethical principles. Thanks to our program being 100% English, we prepare our students for multilingual and multicultural business environments, enabling them to become effective individuals anywhere in the world. Our department continues its activities at the Sutluce (Sadabad) Campus, which is situated in the heart of Istanbul’s business life.

Academic Approach and Curriculum

Our curriculum is composed of compulsory and elective courses structured around the core disciplines of Business Administration—namely Management and Organization, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, Production and Operations Management, Business Law, Strategy, Entrepreneurship, and Statistics—to ensure our graduates are as well-equipped as possible. Quality Assurance and Accreditation

The Business Administration (English) undergraduate program within the Faculty of Business is accredited by STAR – Social Sciences and Humanities Accreditation and Rating Association. This accreditation signifies that the program’s educational processes have been evaluated against independent criteria and possess assured quality standards.

Internationalization and Exchange Opportunities

Students of our department have the opportunity to gain experience at partner universities in many different countries around the world through international exchange and internship programs, particularly Erasmus+.

Industry Collaborations and Career Opportunities

Istanbul Commerce University is a foundation university established by the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce. This unique position provides an environment where our students can acquire the sectoral knowledge that is of critical importance for the field of business. Supported by corporate relations with the business ecosystem, a strong student-alumni network, events, and projects, our students and graduates build careers and secure internships on both national and international scales in fields such as marketing and brand management, finance and accounting, human resources, supply chain/operations, business analytics, consulting, and entrepreneurship. Our students are supported through various career planning events and consulting processes, including the Istanbul Commerce University Career Center (KAMER).
