For your Student Certificate, Transcript and other document requests, it is necessary to apply 2 days in advance via the Student Information System (SIS) as specified below:
Note: Our students whose student status is “Active” by completing their course registrations can also obtain their student certificate and transcript requests via e-government.
To log in to the Student Information System and find out your username, please visit the official website of our University (www.ticaret.edu.tr) and click on the USER NAME QUERY button under the Student heading. You can find out your SIS username and e-mail address with your T.R. ID number.
1. You can create your Student Certificate and Transcript Document requests via SIS by following the steps specified in the “Document Request” heading below.
2. Select ‘Document Type/Type’ after filling in the ‘Requesting Institution Name’ and ‘Reason for Request’ fields.
3. Please specify the number of requests for documents and if there is an extra explanation you would like to add, please specify it in the ‘Reason for Request’ field. For example; ‘I want my document to be sent to …. e-mail address’, ‘I want my ÖSYM scholarship to be indicated on the student document’ etc.
4. If you want your document requests to be sent to you by e-mail, be sure to include your active e-mail address in the Reason for Request section.
5. When creating a document request, you must clearly indicate in the “Reason for Request” section which document you want and in which language. Otherwise, you will not be able to apply for a document request.
6. Please click on the ‘Submit Document Request’ button to make your request.
7. You can personally receive your requested documents from the Student Affairs units of Sütlüce (Business Administration/Law/Communication/Human and Social Sciences) & Küçükyalı (Preparatory School/Architecture/Engineering/MYO) Campuses within 2 business days.
8. When your document is rejected, you can create a request again in line with the reason for rejection.
