Comparative International Commercial Law (Thesis and Non-Thesis)

The program aims to provide those who have completed their undergraduate education in the field of Law with the ability to easily adapt to the changing conditions of the international legal world. Within the framework of the program, not only the Continental European legal systems that are the source of Turkish Private Law, but also the regulations that play a role in the development of commercial law in all aspects at the international level will be examined. Graduates will have the opportunity to deal with various legal institutions and problems within the framework of comparative law and to develop a broad-framed legal logic by analyzing the solution proposals offered by different legal systems.
