The purpose of the Master’s Program in Economics is to equip students with the fundamental theories and tools of economic analysis. With the acquired knowledge, skills, and competencies, the students will be able to perform certain tasks involving economic data analysis, estimation, interpretation and projection of economic relations and trends and engage in creative solutions to the problems of private and public sectors. The distinctive/competitive feature of the program is an optimal fusion of theory and application that facilitates simulations of the trajectories of the economic processes and formulations of optimal policies.
