The “E-Commerce Workshop: From Idea to Sale” event, organized by the International Trade Department and the International Trade Student Society of Istanbul Ticaret University, was held at the Sütlüce Campus. The event featured Harun Ünlüsoy, Co-Founder of Boosmart Digital Marketing Agency, who addressed the fundamental processes and success strategies of e-commerce.
Ünlüsoy outlined the steps of an e-commerce venture from the idea stage to sales, stating, “With proper planning, it is possible to leverage the power of e-commerce.” The workshop emphasized the importance of product selection, target audience analysis, and digital marketing methods. Additionally, the advantages and disadvantages of choosing between marketplaces and creating one’s own website were discussed. Ünlüsoy also highlighted the impact of payment systems on consumer trust and business reputation.
The event concluded with a Q&A session and the presentation of a certificate of appreciation.
