The Export Academy’s collaborations with universities have been taken to a new level, and in line with the cooperation with Istanbul Commerce University, the “Export Specialization” course has been included in the undergraduate curriculum as an elective.
FIRST CLASS ON SEPTEMBER 18TH
The “Export Specialization” course will begin on September 18th at Istanbul Commerce University.
The 14-week course program will cover fundamental and current topics in foreign trade, from basic concepts and legislation to export support, e-export, international trade rules, payment and delivery methods, and market research. The program will also include topics related to global economic developments, product safety, free zones, and international trade data sources.
THEORETICAL KNOWLEDGE WILL MEET PRACTICAL EXPERIENCE
The training provided within the scope of the course aims to improve students’ knowledge and skills in the field of foreign trade and export, to combine academic knowledge with practical experience, and to contribute qualified human resources to Turkey’s export ecosystem.
The aim of the training program is to enable students to evaluate Turkey’s foreign trade policies, export processes, and developments in global trade from a holistic perspective.
EXPORT ACADEMY STRENGTHENS COLLABORATIONS WITH UNIVERSITIES
The Export Academy brings together academic knowledge, public sector experience, and industry expertise with students through its collaborations with universities. The “Export Specialization” course implemented at Istanbul Commerce University will be one of the new steps reflecting these efforts in undergraduate education.
EXPORT ACADEMY OFFERS SPECIALIZED TRAINING IN VARIOUS AREAS OF FOREIGN TRADE
Established on August 16, 2024, to improve the knowledge and skills of exporters, the Export Academy organizes training programs in various areas of foreign trade.
The Academy offers training programs primarily focused on Export Expertise, as well as e-export, TURQUALITY®, Inward Processing Regime, Support Management System, and export support.
In these training programs, experts from the Ministry of Trade, along with representatives from sector organizations, exporter associations, and experienced business professionals, share their knowledge and experience with the participants.
