
Istanbul Ticaret University’s Department of International Trade hosted the event “International Trade Department Seminars III – Methods of Entering Foreign Markets,” featuring Dr. Oğuzkan Şatıroğlu, CEO of Koçtaş. During the seminar, Dr. Şatıroğlu shared insights on companies’ globalization processes, competitive strategies, and digital marketing trends with students.
Held at the Sütlüce Campus, the event emphasized the significance of finding distributors, selecting the right distribution channels, and participating in trade fairs as crucial steps for entering international markets. Dr. Şatıroğlu also addressed competitive advantage, production strategies, and digital marketing, providing real-world examples and discussing his experiences in the Chinese and Russian markets.
The seminar concluded with a Q&A session, the presentation of a certificate of appreciation to Dr. Şatıroğlu, and a group photo.
