Dear Students,
1. Students who have a legally valid excuse preventing them from taking the make-up exam must apply to the Faculty Secretariat on the R floor of Block B within three days following the end of the exams, submitting a petition and relevant documents requesting a make-up exam.
2. The application for a make-up exam must be supported by an official document from the relevant institution, depending on the nature of the excuse.
3. For health-related excuses, the report must clearly state the diagnosis of the illness, the date and time of the report, the record of the sick leave, and the start and end dates of the sick leave(s).
4. If a close relative (mother, father, spouse, sibling, etc.) passes away on a date that would prevent the student from taking the exam, a death certificate is required.
5. Petitions and reports submitted to the Faculty Secretariat by students who consistently request make-up exams will be carefully reviewed.
6. Applications for make-up exams will be evaluated by the Faculty Board, and the make-up exam schedule will be announced. We wish all our students success and good health.
