IMPORTANT NOTES
Schedule Check: Mandatory updates may be made to the exam schedule due to technical reasons. To avoid any inconvenience, please make sure to re-check the schedule on our website immediately before the exam week begins.
Entrance and Exit Times: Students arriving more than 20 minutes late will not be admitted to the exam. Students are not allowed to leave the exam hall during the first 30 minutes for any reason.
ID Verification: Students must have their Student ID Cards with them and keep them visible on their desks throughout the exam. Students without an ID will not be admitted.
Electronic Devices: Mobile phones, smartwatches, and all types of wireless communication devices must be completely turned off and placed in bags (or the location designated by the proctor) before the exam starts.
Exchange of Materials: The exchange of pens, erasers, calculators, or any other materials between students during the exam is strictly prohibited.
Signature Obligation: It is the student’s responsibility to sign the exam attendance sheet. The exams of students who do not sign the sheet will be considered invalid.
Disciplinary Rules: Students who cheat, attempt to cheat, or disrupt the order of the exam will be subject to legal action in accordance with the Higher Education Institutions Student Disciplinary Regulations
