Ömer Yasin Adıgüzel, Technical Manager of UTSCH Turkey and Chairman of the Mechatronics Engineers Association gave a vocational seminar on the topic of “Design Your Future”.
Bülent Yazıcı, General Manager of Ecoplas, was our guest at the Vocational Seminars. Ecoplas, which designs plastic injection parts and systems for the automotive industry, provides product services to companies such as honda, fiat, toyota, and he shared his professional experience and knowledge on current issues to the students of our department.
We hosted Mr. Adem Kayar from MCS, one of Siemens’ Biggest Solution partners, working on Industry 4.0, Smart Factory, and Digital Twin.
Another great success from our departments academician Prof. Dr. Temel Kotil, who is also the CEO of Turk Aerospace Industries. TAI signed a contract with Boeing for the production and supply of engine covers of Boeing 737s. We are once again proud of both the achievements of our instructor and the technologies developed by TAI.
Anadolu Rocket Team will participate in the Teknofest competition with two rockets this year. Our team, which will compete at medium and high altitudes, successfully passed the Critical Design Report stages.
The “Agricultural Unmanned Land Vehicle” project, prepared by our students in the “Space and Beyond Technology” team, won the first place in the preliminary design report stage at Teknofest. Awaiting the results of the Final Report stage, our students continue their preparations for the finals.
