2021 – 2022 Academic Year Fall Semester Undergraduate Programs Resit Exams Announcement

Fall semester resit exams will be held between January 17^th, 2022 and January 23^rd, 2022 (including Saturday and Sunday).

Resit exams are for students who received one of the following grades of F, NP, DD and DF as the achievement grade in a course in the fall semester. Accordingly, the students, who received DD or DF grades as the achievement grade in a course in the fall semester yet would like to take resit exams must first submit an application.

• The “Make-up Exam” for students, who could not take the 2021-2022 academic year fall semester final exams due to having been in quarantine, because of either having contracted Covid-19 him/herself or having contacted someone who contracted Covid-19, as demonstrated by a positive PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test result and/or a HES (Life Fits Into Home) code query, will be held between January 17^th and 23^rd, 2022.

STUDENTS WHO WILL NEED TO PAY RESIT EXAM FEE AND FILL OUT AN APPLICATION PETITION:

1. The students, who exceeded their regular study period (e.g., students who are in their 6^th years or so in an undergradute program), and paid exam fee per course they have taken during the fall semester, will also pay exam fee per course for the resit exams of the same courses in which they received F, NP, DD or DF.

Before taking the resit exams, the relevant students must deposit the exam fee per course to the account number stated below, sign and scan the application petition and the receipt of their payment, and send these scanned documents via a ticket to be submitted at the following link of https://destek.ticaret.edu.tr/open.php, by selecting the student affairs of the faculty they are affiliated until Friday, January 14^th, 2022.

1. On the other hand, the students, who have not exceeded their regular study period, and received DD or DF grades as the achievement grade in a course in the fall semester yet would like to take resit exams must, must sign and scan the application petition, and send these scanned documents via a ticket to be submitted at the following link of https://destek.ticaret.edu.tr/open.php, by selecting the student affairs of the faculty they are affiliated until Friday, January 14^th, 2022..

These students do not need to make any payment to take resit exams.

• Students that meet the following criteria do not need to any payment to take resit exam(s).

1. Students, who have not exceeded their regular study period (regular study period in undergraduate programs is 4 years),
2. Students, who paid up the tuition fee in full, and
3. Students who paid a fee per course (2,320 TL) at the beginning of the fall semester.

• Students who do not submit the application petition and receipt of fee payment per course will not be included in the resit exam roll call and grade lists.
• Your application to take resit exam(s) will be processed only after you fill out the application petition(s), sign them along with the receipt(s) of fee payment per course, and send the scanned copies of these documents via a ticket to be submitted at the following link of https://destek.ticaret.edu.tr/open.php.
