African Studies and International Relations is an interdisciplinary master’s program. It focuses on Africa from an International Relations perspective. The program consists of courses such as African Studies and International Relations Theory, Politics and Governance in Africa, Introduction to Contemporary Africa, African History, African Economy, Africa in Ottoman History and Conflict Resolution. In African Studies and International Relations, students are expected to understand and comprehend the politics of Africa with both its internal and external dynamics.
