The program aims to equip individuals who have completed their undergraduate education in the field of law with the ability to easily adapt to the changing conditions of the international legal world. Within the framework of the program, not only the Continental European legal systems that form the basis of Turkish Private Law but also the regulations that play a role in the comprehensive development of commercial law on an international level will be examined. Graduates will have the opportunity to address various legal institutions and issues within the framework of comparative law, analyze the solutions proposed by different legal systems, and develop a broad-based legal reasoning.
