GRADUATE SCHOOL

The aim of the Educational Administration Master’s Program is to train experts in management, supervision, planning, and educational economics for the Ministry of National Education and other institutions; to contribute to the field through scientific research; and to enhance the professional competencies of teachers, administrators, and supervisors working in educational institutions.

The program’s two main objectives are to provide education at the master’s level and to conduct research in the field of education. In this regard, the primary goal of the department is to train educational leaders who possess the knowledge and skills required for the 21st century, capable of integrating theory and practice to contribute to the knowledge base of educational administration.

Additionally, the program aims to contribute to the development of the Turkish education system through fundamental and applied research and to provide students with rich learning environments through various courses and activities that combine leadership and management theories and practices.
