GRADUATE SCHOOL

The aim of the Electronics and Communication Engineering Program at Istanbul Commerce University is to provide engineers and engineering candidates with a solid scientific and technical foundation in the design, development, production, and operation of electronics and communication systems. Our department is staffed with competent faculty who effectively combine theory and practice. Our doctoral program trains distinguished doctoral engineers through faculty research projects and the research facilities of our institution. Electronics and Communication Engineers work in areas such as processing, transmitting, detecting, and storing data, voice, and video information; designing electronic systems and circuits to perform these functions; antennas, electromagnetic field and wave theories and applications; and the physics and production technologies of semiconductor electronic components. Additionally, in line with emerging technologies, the Internet of Things, Data Security, and Big Data Analysis are also considered focus areas. Our graduates are employed as high-level researchers in various sectors, including electronics, communication, telecommunications, defense industry, and research and educational institutions. Through our integration with Teknopark Istanbul and agreements with companies such as TAI, CTECH, and NETAŞ, our students have the opportunity to participate in joint projects and gain employment opportunities at these firms.
