The Master’s Program in Human Resources Management is designed for individuals who wish to work in the field of human resources or who are already working in this field and wish to deepen their professional understanding. The Human Resources Management program is designed to enable students to understand the role of human resources within the overall management structure and to develop the ability to connect human resources practices with organizational strategy. In this context, the compulsory courses in Human Resources Management provide a fundamental theoretical perspective on management and human resources management. Elective courses are more application-oriented and offer students the opportunity to structure the program according to their preferences. The ability to select courses from other programs within the institute allows our students to exercise their preferences in a broader field.
The business world is changing rapidly. It does not seem possible to respond to this pace of change with conventional knowledge. For this reason, the Master’s Program in Human Resource Management aims to develop students’ intellectual capacity to generate solutions according to changing conditions, rather than teaching them ready-made solutions.
Our course delivery method in the Human Resources Management program is structured to be heavily assignment-based. During the assignment preparation process, our students expand their theoretical knowledge through their own research while also visiting companies to engage with real-world applications and gain a close understanding of how the business world operates. As a result, upon completing the program, our students also have a portfolio of practical applications at their disposal.
