The 1st Industrial and Organizational Psychology Congress

Edanur Haskaya, one of our Istanbul Commerce University 2023 Psychology Bachelor’s degree graduates, presented her verbal presentation titled “The Mediating Role of Regulatory Focus in the Relationship between Extraversion Personality Trait and Emotional and Continuance Commitment to the Organization” at the 1st Industrial and Organizational Psychology Congress held in Turkey, as part of her undergraduate thesis project.
