English Preparatory School End of Term Performance Auditions Announcement

Dear Students,

As the English Preparatory School, we will be organizing an End-of-Term Show where our valued students can showcase their English skills in a creative and entertaining way. The show will take place on the 26th of December 2025.

All students who participate in the auditions will receive a certificate of participation, and special awards will be given for Best Use of English, Creativity, Teamwork, and Stage Performance. Students selected as full, or reserve performers will be able to participate in voice, pronunciation, and stage presence workshops prior to the performance.

Auditions will be open to all the students currently enrolled at Istanbul Ticaret University English Preparatory School and will be held on November 5th, 2025. Students can participate individually or as a group. During the auditions, you can give any kind of performance that allows you to express yourself using English:

• Singing, reading poetry, telling stories or jokes

• Short plays, skits, dialogues

• Debates or Model United Nations Simulations

• Various presentations on topics such as art, music, health and culture

Detailed information about the event is as follows:

Date: November 5, 2025

Time: 13:00

Venue: Ahî Çelebi Campus Eminönü Conference Hall

Performance time: 3 minutes

Application Link: https://forms.gle/vdwMDDfeLtBWnMkj6 (Your application must be completed by 17:00 on November 2.) The time allocated for each performance should be planned so as not to exceed 5-7 minutes, including preparation.

Performances will be evaluated on their use of English, preparedness, creativity, and audience impact. Successful participants and alternates will be announced immediately following the auditions.

Evaluations will be conducted by a jury comprised of our faculty members.
