Faculty of Law Midterm Make-Up Exams

1. Students who have a legally valid excuse that prevents them from taking the mid-term exam and wish to take the make-up exam instead must apply to the Faculty Secretariat, which is located on the 1^st floor of Block B, with a petition stating their request and the document proving their excuse within three days following the end of the mid-term exams.
2. The document to be submitted along with the petition to take the make-up exam as proof of the excuse must be an official document to be obtained from the relevant institution, depending on the nature of the excuse.
3. In the event of health-related excuses, the relevant health report must clearly state the diagnosis of the disease, the date and time the report was issued, the rest requirement, and the beginning and end of the period of rest.
4. In the event that a relative of the student, such as a mother, father, spouse, sibling, etc., dies on a date that would prevent the student from taking the exam, the death certificate of the deceased person must be submitted.
5. The petitions and health reports of students who have applied to the Faculty Secretariat multiple times for previously held make-up midterm exams will be meticulously reviewed.
6. Make-up exam applications will be evaluated by the Administrative Board of the Faculty and then the make-up exam schedule will be announced. Mid-term make-up exams will be held immediately following the end of the midterm exams.
