Thesis Defense Exam will take place in the Spring Semester of the 2023-2024 Academic Year. The necessary forms must be submitted to the Institute Directorate between 08 March 2024 and 07 June 2024.
Processing of forms with incomplete signatures is not prevented.

FORMS THAT MASTER’S/PHD STUDENTS WITH THESIS MUST SUBMIT TO THE INSTITUTE
Master’s/PhD Thesis Presentation Form
It is the form stating that the student has completed his thesis and requests to take the defense exam. The top part of the form is filled out and signed by the student. The completed form is signed by presenting the documents showing that the thesis study and article specifications have been or will be fulfilled and that the thesis has been submitted. After the thesis is approved, it is delivered to the Institute Directorate together with the same documents. The delivery is submitted to the approval of the Head of the Department by the Institute Directorate.
Master’s/PhD Thesis Jury and Exam Date Recommendation Form
This is the form in that the jury, which the student will defend and the exam results are determined by the Head of the Department. The form must be filled out by the Department Head and submitted to the Institute Directorate.

According to 2nd paragraph of Article 37 of Istanbul Ticaret University Postgraduate Education and Training Regulation; Fees for master’s, doctoral and/or scientific and foreign language preparatory programs, tuition fees per course, thesis fees, term project course fees and pre-registration fees are determined by the Board of Trustees at the end of the academic year, to be applied in the next academic year. The program is two semesters free of charge for master’s programs, four semesters for master’s programs with thesis, and eight semesters of compensation for doctoral programs. They pay the additional payment fee recorded by the Board of Trustees for a maximum of one semester for non-thesis master’s programs, a maximum of two semesters for master’s programs with thesis, and a maximum of four semesters for doctoral programs.
