Eğitim Yönetimi Yüksek Lisans Programının amacı Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na ve diğer kurumlara yönetim, denetim, planlama ve eğitim ekonomisi alanında uzman yetiştirmek; alan yazına bilimsel araştırmalarla katkıda bulunmak; eğitim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmen, yönetici ve deneticilerin mesleki yeterliklerini yükseltmektir. Programın iki temel görevi yüksek lisans düzeyinde eğitim vermek ve eğitim alanında araştırmalar yapmaktır.

Bu doğrultuda anabilim dalının temel amacı, 21. yüzyılın gerektirdiği bilgi ve becerilere sahip, teori ile uygulamayı birleştirerek eğitim yönetimi alanının bilgi birikimine katkıda bulunabilen eğitim liderleri yetiştirmektir. Ayrıca, temel ve uygulamalı araştırmalar yürüterek Türk eğitim sisteminin gelişimine katkıda bulunmak ve öğrencilere liderlik ve yöneticilik kuram ve uygulamalarını birleştirecekleri çeşitli ders ve etkinliklerle zengin öğrenme ortamları sağlamak hedeflenmektedir.

Education Management(Non-Thesis) Master’s Program

The purpose of the Education Management Master’s Program is to train experts in the field of management, supervision, planning and education economics for the Ministry of National Education and other institutions; to contribute to the literature with scientific research; to increase the professional competencies of teachers, administrators and supervisors working in educational institutions. The two main tasks of the program are to provide graduate education and to conduct research in the field of education.

In this direction, the main purpose of the department is to train educational leaders who have the knowledge and skills required by the 21st century, who can contribute to the knowledge of the field of educational administration by combining theory and practice. In addition, it is aimed to contribute to the development of the Turkish education system by conducting basic and applied research and to provide students with a rich learning environment with various courses and activities where they will combine leadership and management theories and practices.
