The solution to all the problems of students is at the Solution Center

All the information and applications needed by the undergraduate and graduate students of Istanbul TicaretUniversity were compiled at one place which has been namedas the “Solution Center”. By using the user-friendly Solution Center application which has a simple interface, students will be able to reach the information they want and apply for asolution to their problems.
The Solution Center, which was created by the university staff using the university’s internal resources, will provide great convenience in solving the problems of the students and allow the university students to use their time efficiently.
The Solution Center provides answers and solutions to all the problems that the university students need. Accordingly, students will be able create a request for the solution of the issues which they could not find a readily available solution in the Solution Center.
In order for students to use the Solution Center more efficiently and to find answers to their questions more easily, frequently asked questions sections were created in the Solution Center and categorized according to administrative units, faculties and institutes. In this way, students will be able to access the answer to the question they want with a simple query. Furthermore, they will be able to send the question which they could not find an answer for in the Solution Center to the relevant unit by creating an instant request. The relevant unit will evaluate the incoming request and get back to the student.
