Our university has been awarded the Quality Management System Certificate from TSE

Our University, which has adopted a quality-oriented management system in the provision of higher education services,  was awarded the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate within the scope of “Administrative Activities” from the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).

TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System integration works have been carried out at our University since April 2021 within the scope of the activities of administrative units under the leadership of the Strategy Development Directorate Quality Management System process. These works included our University’s Administrative Units Quality Manual, 20 main processes and the system structuring that will ensure the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle in these processes, risk and opportunity analyses and creation of 880 documentation pertaining to the system.

In line with these works, the activities that fall within the scope of the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Standard were examined in detail during the external audit conducted at our University between October 10^th and 12^th, 2022, in the context of “Presentation of Administrative Activities for University Services”. As a result of the external audit, our University was entitled to receive the International Certification Network (IQNET) Certificate (International Recognition Certificate) together with the Quality Management System Certificate upon the decision of the TSE Executive Committee dated 25.10.2022.
