Academic Cooperation Between Our University and Indonesia’s UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh

A memorandum of understanding was signed by our Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Hanifi Parlar and Rector Prof. Dr. Mujiburrahman, M.Ag, with the aim of strengthening academic and cultural cooperation between Istanbul Commerce University and UIN Ar-Raniry Banda Aceh, one of Indonesia’s leading higher education institutions.

The signing ceremony was held at Istanbul Commerce University’s Sâdâbât Campus in Sütlüce. The ceremony was also attended by Dr. Teuku Murdani, Director of the Foreign Languages Development Center at the visiting university, Mesut Olgun, Director of our University’s International Student Relations Unit, and Recep Yeter, Head of our Corporate Communications Department.

ACADEMIC COOPERATION AREAS ARE EXPANDING

The signed letter of intent covers various areas of cooperation, including faculty and student exchange, joint research projects, academic material sharing, and short-term education programs. The parties aim to establish lasting academic ties between the two universities through mutual exchange of experience in the fields of education and research.
