Our University’s Quality Process Successfully Completed

Istanbul Commerce University has renewed its TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate following an evaluation process conducted by the Turkish Standards Institute (TSE).
Under the leadership of our University’s Strategy Development and Quality Coordination Office, the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 QMS certificate renewal audit conducted by TSE on October 6-7, 2025 was successfully completed. During the audit process, our university’s administrative activities, quality assurance mechanisms, risk management practices, and continuous improvement efforts were comprehensively reviewed. The results obtained once again demonstrated our university’s commitment to the principles of sustainability, transparency, and efficiency in quality management.
PRINCIPLE OF CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND TRANSPARENCY
On October 25, 2022, our university was awarded the TS EN ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System Certificate within the scope of “Presentation of Administrative Activities Related to University Services.” This certificate was obtained as a result of efforts to maintain and improve quality standards in administrative processes. The renewed certificate not only confirms that our university maintains current standards in quality management but also reinforces its commitment to continuously advance these standards.
STAKEHOLDER SATISFACTION AND COMPETITIVE STRENGTH INCREASES
The successful completion of the certificate renewal process is of great importance in terms of strengthening our university’s student-centered service approach and increasing stakeholder satisfaction.
This process contributed to the university’s compliance with national and international quality standards. Our university will continue to work resolutely in line with the principles of sustainable development, accountability, and transparency by integrating its quality management approach into all academic and administrative processes.
