Organized by the Istanbul Ticare University Exchange Programs Coordinatorship as part of Erasmus Days, ErasmusFest brought students together to share the cultures of different countries and their exchange experiences. Following the event, the Erasmus Student Community organized a tour of Miniatürk.
Held on October 13, 2026, in the C509 foyer area at the Sâdâbâd Campus in Sütlüce, ErasmusFest brought together students who had previously participated in the Erasmus+ program, students planning to go on exchange in the spring semester, and international exchange students currently studying at our university.

CULTURAL EXCHANGE AT COUNTRY BOOTHS
As part of ErasmusFest, booths were set up to showcase Poland, Belgium, France, Spain, and Portugal. Our university’s Erasmus Student Community also participated in the event with its own booth. In addition, designs created using photos taken by students who had previously participated in the Erasmus+ program during their experiences abroad were exhibited. Students had the opportunity to get to know the cultures of different countries up close, learn about educational and living conditions abroad, and share their personal experiences.
Students planning to study abroad through the Erasmus+ program during the spring semester had the opportunity to meet with students who had studied at their host universities or who were from the relevant countries, allowing them to ask questions directly about topics they were curious about. This gathering, based on the sharing of experiences, not only helped students prepare for their mobility but also strengthened international communication within the university.

MINIATÜRK TOUR
Following ErasmusFest, the Erasmus Student Community organized a Miniatürk tour for exchange students studying at our university and for students who contributed to the event.
Participants had the opportunity to explore Turkey’s cultural heritage by visiting Miniatürk, which brings together miniature models of historical and architectural landmarks from different regions of Turkey. The tour was organized as an event designed to support students’ social interactions outside of class and enrich their cultural experiences.
ErasmusFest and the subsequent Miniatürk tour contributed to the Erasmus Days events, which promote cultural exchange, solidarity, and collaborative learning within our university’s exchange student community.
