As the Department of Statistics, we support our students in gaining international academic experience and exploring global opportunities through the Erasmus+ student exchange program. With Erasmus+, our students can study at partner universities across Europe, experience different cultures, and enhance their academic development.


📚 About the Erasmus+ Program

📍 What is Erasmus+?
Erasmus+ is an EU-funded exchange program that offers students, academics, and administrative staff opportunities for education and training abroad.

📍 What Are the Benefits of Erasmus+?
✅ The opportunity to study for one or two semesters at universities in Europe
International academic experience and cultural interaction
✅ Improvement of foreign language skills
Recognition of credits obtained abroad (ECTS compliance)
Financial support through the Erasmus+ grant


📌 Application Requirements and Process

📍 Who Can Apply?

  • Students enrolled in the undergraduate or graduate programs of our university’s Department of Statistics
  • Minimum GPA requirements:
    • Undergraduate students: At least 2.20/4.00
    • Graduate students: At least 2.50/4.00
  • Language proficiency: Students must obtain a passing score on the Erasmus+ English Proficiency Exam conducted by the university or present an equivalent exam score.

📍 Application Process:
1️⃣ Online Application: Fill out the Erasmus+ application form and upload the required documents.
2️⃣ Language Exam: Take the Erasmus+ English proficiency exam conducted by the university.
3️⃣ Evaluation: Applications are ranked based on academic performance (GPA) and language exam scores.
4️⃣ Announcement of Results: Selected students are assigned to partner universities.
5️⃣ Learning Agreement: Define and approve the courses to be taken at the host university.
