Our Academician’s Book Titled “Public Offerings 101” has been Released

The book entitled “Public Offerings in the Context of Financing Companies (Public Offerings 101), written by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Recep Ali Küçükçolak, one of the faculty members of the Faculty of Business Administration of our University, together with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Necla İlter Küçükçolak and Sami Küçükoğlu, has been published.

The book, which was published by Scala Publishing, covers the essential issues about the public offerings at a basic level. In this context, the book covers the advantages and disadvantages of the public offering, the basic principles of financing companies with public offering, the things to be done before the public offering, the steps to be followed during and after the public offering process, and the global dimension of the capital markets featuring public offerings.
