Our Political Science and International Relations Department undergraduate student Mr. Ömer Utkan Demir and our Master’s student Ms. Tuğçe Kaba participated in the 3rd Antalya Diplomacy Forum (ADF 2024), which took place between March 1st and 3rd, 2024.
This year’s title of the Antalya Diplomacy Forum, which contributes greatly to solving the international problems, was “Bringing Diplomacy to the Fore in a Period of Crises”. The sessions that attracted the most attention at this year’s forum, where a total of 52 sessions took place, were “Innovative Mediation in a Period of Crises”, “Artificial Intelligence and Diplomacy: Managing New Frontiers” and “Promoting Multilateralism in a Turbulent Period”.
Antalya Diplomatic Forum, attended by more than 4 thousand participants and speakers from all over the world, hosted diplomats, ministers, heads of state, academicians and students. Representation of each group has an important share in effectively resolving international problems. To this end, in addition to the “Bilateral Meetings” held separately to create a suitable basis for each group to be represented in the ADF, question-answer (Q&A) sessions were also held at the end of the panels.
