Kürşat Ceylan, who invented the World’s First Smart Walking Stick and developed innovative technologies for the visually impaired at the Young Guru Academy (YGA), was the guest of the episode titled “Overcoming Obstacles: Innovative Technologies for Accessibility and Inclusion”, presented by Hatice Nur Keskin. In the program, many issues were discussed, from the importance of prioritizing accessibility, to the ways technology can break down barriers, and how it can create a more egalitarian society for people with disabilities.
Students also participated in the podcast with their questions, and shared their thoughts on how they can improve accessibility and inclusion in their communities.
The podcast, which was broadcast at the university to be realized with university students instead of the studios in order to break down barriers and create inspiration, received great appreciation from the audience and university students.
